CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
We want you to love your purchase! 💕 Standard items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Please note: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part. For handmade/custom items, return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Absolutely! We ship to most countries. Shipping times and
rates are calculated at checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your
package ships, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR SHIPPING TAKE?
Our processing time is 2–3 business days. Standard U.S.
shipping typically takes 5–7 business days; international shipping usually
takes 10–20 business days. For urgent orders, we also offer next-day delivery.

Yes! All our products are 100% customizable—you choose the colors, text, and design, and we’ll bring your ideas to life. ✨

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Email us at myalmacustomize@gmail.com within 24 hours
and attach photos of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
